Cuban health posters, circa 1990s

While visiting the Unviersity of Cuenca's Historical Medical Museum (earlier post), we ran across a series of Cuban health posters.  One was dated '91, so we figure that's probably true for them all. 
Here they are, with our translations:

Mother's milk - the better alternative

By his example he teaches love

To have fun ... it isn't necessary to drink.

They give the best

Obesity or health.  You choose!

A job for both

I don't light up!  I care for my child's health.
